How to contact a Auto Repairs Direct marketplace seller?

To contact one of our Marketplace sellers, click the seller’s name on the item’s page. This will take you to the seller’s profile page, where you can contact them via email or phone.

What is an online marketplace?

An online marketplace is a website (or app), commonly called a platform which facilitates and bring together people, business and brands in one handy location. Hence Auto Repairs Direct is not an online store, but an online marketplace. We provide the platform for automotive retailers to offer their products, articles, the brand, on the Internet. We provide a one stop shop for the consumer to buy within the automotive industry. And the retailer and or brand to reach and connect with the right audience.

How do I create a new account?

We're excited to hear that you want to join Auto Repairs Direct.

To shop with us you need to create your very own ARD account. This is where you can view your purchase history, edit your details and keep track of the items you want to buy but haven't yet fully committed too.

How can I pay for my orders?

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa. & Afterpay. Please note Afterpay is at our sellers discretion.

I am receiving an error message at the checkout, what do I do?

Oh no! Let's get you back on track as fast as possible. First, please double check your payment details and make sure they are up to date.

If all seems okay on your end, reach out to us via email or our live option Facebook Messenger. Head over to the Contact Us page and get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team.

Are you having an issue with your PayPal or afterpay account? We're so sorry but we can't help you on this one, please reach out to them directly to help you out.

How are the prices set? Can I negotiate with you?

We do not set nor have anything to do with prices set by automotive stores, private seller or dealers on our site. They make their own prices.

How can I track my order?

When you make a purchase you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once the item is dispatched from the seller you will be emailed with tracking information. Simply click the 'Track My Delivery' button within the email and you will be taken to the carriers tracking page. If you have ordered from multiple sellers at once, upon dispatch you will receive multiple notifications as the products are being shipped from different suppliers.

It says my order has been delivered but I can't find it, help!

If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it please check your surrounding areas for the order to see if the driver might have put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street.

Still no sign of it? Not a problem, get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you. This will take 1-2 business days to be completed from when you contact us.

Do you offer Trade Accounts?

Not yet - we are working on a loyalty program across the marketplace but it won't be live until late 2020.

Can I pick up orders from your address?

Some sellers offer pick up (Click & Collect) and some are buy online only. A products availability options are listed on each product. Our head office is located in Melbourne for our management and admin staff.

Can anyone sell on your marketplace?

Yes - we are an open online auto marketplace for anyone. Whether you're an existing e-tailer, physical shop and someone with a single item, we're open to listing anyones products.

The process is simple - click on JOIN US then follow the prompts for listing a product.

Can you integrate from my existing e-comm platform?

Yes - we integrate via API integration with Shopify, Neto, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, Lightspeed and other platforms. We can also assist in XML uploads or manual listings,

What should I do if I encounter a problem with the website?

Firstly apologies. We are still ironing out the kinks on our new platform and if you find any problems please contact us and we will try and improve your online shopping experience.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Each seller may have different shipping costs. Additional shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, however, you will need to contact the seller before dispatch.
